Top Places To Work Orlando

DiSTI Named One of Nation’s Top Workplaces

Mon, October 02, 2023 06:05 AM EST

Orlando Top Workplaces has awarded DiSTI a Top Workplaces 2023 honor. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“I am constantly impressed by the innovation and dedication our employees bring to their work,” stated DiSTI CEO John Hayward. “We are a small company that values every member of our team and knowing that they recognize that appreciation and reciprocate shows in the high-quality work they deliver to our customers.”

This award marks the third consecutive year DiSTI has been recognized as a “Top Workplaces” by the Orlando Sentinel. Under the leadership of CEO John Hayward, the company has introduced several new policies, such as a hybrid work environment, emphasizing the company’s commitment to a positive work-life balance.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
