Increases certification level from 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015

The certification was completed a year before the 2018 deadline. This milestone validates DiSTI’s commitment to deliver products and services of unsurpassed quality, unparalleled value, unprecedented reusability, and unbeatable performance to its customers.
“Over the past few years, customers such as the US Army, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Jaguar Land Rover and others are awarding us larger and more complex projects including becoming a prime contractor for the development and delivery of highly complex virtual 3D training solutions. As we continue to expand our capabilities and our customer base around the world we need to ensure that we continuously improve the quality of our products and services. Expanding our Quality Management System from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 was a logical next step for us. To achieve the ISO 9001:2015 certification, DiSTI underwent a transition audit by Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. The audit validated improvements to the DiSTI quality program in keeping with the 2015 standards shift to a ‘process’ oriented approach, with additional focus on risk based thinking, broader organizational context, needs and expectations of interested parties, and collection of organizational knowledge.
